Motherson Advanced Tooling Solutions Limited (MATS) is a Samvardhana Motherson Group company specializing in design & manufacturing of broaches, gauges & gear cutting tools.

MATS acquired the gear cutting tool business of Dagger Forst Tools Ltd. In 2009 and since then consolidated operations at Aurangabad, Maharashtra in India for the manufacturing of Broaches and Gauges and setup a state-of-the-art facility for Gear Cutting Tools.

MATS has strong design & engineering, which combined with experience of several decades, has helped refine its products to suit the needs of both global and local customers. MATS has set up a GCT – Center of Excellence at Noida, Uttar Pradesh in India.

The company specialises in manufacturing high quality broaches and gear cutting tools for a wide spectrum of industry segments including automotive industry, aerospace, power generation sector, railways, aviation industry & other engineering industries.
